Contact our team on 1300 088 688 to support with your loved one's funeral planning or provide immediate guidance when a loved one has passed.

2. Transfer

Upon consent, we will organise to bring your loved one under our care at the time of need.

3. Funeral Arrangement

We will arrange a time that suits you, and thoughtfully guide you through each step in creating a service that feels personal, respectful and true to your loved one.

4. Funeral Service

Guided by your family’s preferences, our amazing team will be there on the day to offer gentle support and ensure the service is conducted thoughtfully and in keeping with your wishes.

5. Post Care

We continue to be available after the service to provide assistance and support. Please contact us by phone, WhatsApp or WeChat at any time.
